If you want to rent a storage unit just follow these simple instructions:

1. Select the unit number and size that you want.
2. Call one of the phone numbers listed.
3. B & R Mini Storage personnel will quote price and availability. 
4. Place your lock on unit and move in when you want to.
5. You may mail in your first payment to our P.O. Box 68-Hornbeak, Tn 38232 address or call me with your debit/credit card number.
6. You will recieve a postcard statement notifying you of your next months rent a few days before the rent is due.
7. We encourage you to mail your payment or call with a card number.
