* Rent is due and payable on the 1st of each month. *Your rent is considered late on the 11th of each month a $10.00 late fee will be applied *A owners lockout lock will be placed on your unit by the 15th of the month, if late. *Lockout lock removal fee is $15.00 per removal. *Notice of Lien/Sale can be mailed when 30 days late. *Sale proceeding can be initiated within 60 days late. *Special circumstances can be considered for customers that get paid monthly or bi-monthly. This has to be addressed at time of rental. *Please pay your storage rental on time to avoid these charges and inconveniences.
